Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This policy explains how Weburate handles information shared through this website. It is a practical description, not legal advice.
Information collected
The project form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional business name, selected website type, optional budget range and project description. Direct email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram conversations contain whatever information you choose to share.
Why it is collected
Weburate uses enquiry information to understand the request, respond, prepare a quote and communicate about a possible or active project. Form-field values are not sent to analytics tools.
How form information is delivered
The form sends information to a Vercel serverless function. When configured, that function passes the enquiry to Resend, an email delivery provider, so it can reach Weburate’s configured inbox. The website does not intentionally store form submissions in its own database.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are optional and load only when their public IDs are added to the site configuration. If enabled, those providers may process device, interaction and approximate location data under their own policies. Weburate should assess whether consent is required for the visitors and markets it serves before enabling either tool.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries may remain in the receiving email account for as long as needed to respond, prepare or manage work, meet record-keeping needs and resolve disputes. Information is not sold. It may be processed by hosting, email and analytics providers only as described above or when required by law.
Your choices
You may ask what enquiry information is held or request deletion, subject to legitimate legal or record-keeping needs, by emailing weburateinfotech@gmail.com.
Security and updates
Reasonable technical controls reduce risk, but no internet transmission is guaranteed completely secure. This page will be updated when material handling practices change.
